How can I reserve?
Email us at ChefKelly@Telus.net or call us at (250) 537-0054. Our information is also on the Contacts page. As we can only handle one client per evening for home services please reserve early. However the cruises we can reserve up to 8 clients.

How long will you be in my kitchen?
Depending on the number of guest in the party and the complexity of the menu, about 4-6 hours which includes serving dinner.

Do I have to be home?
No. Actually most clients prefer to be at work or away especially if its is surprise for that special one. I prefer to start and complete most of the prep work without much distraction. If you have to be home its ok.

How much does all this cost?

What can I do before you arrive?
Leave a clean kitchen, serving dishes, flat ware, table cloth etc. Counter space is a premium so for your safety and sanitary considerations counter should be clear of all clutter and dirty dishes before arrival.

What kind of food do you use?
Using only fresh ingredients of the finest quality, Chef Kelly has gained acclaim for the culinary magic he has performed for an impressive list of clients around the world. We use all local produce, meat, wild fish, baked goods from our local bakeries, and suggest local wines. We suggest that our clients obtain their own alcoholic beverages, which we will gladly serve. We do have suggestions for wines as the occasion may desire.

How does it work?
As a private chef, prior to cooking I will meet with you to discuss in depth every detail about your food preferences and requirements. You will decide on the food ingredients and the type of food you like (organic, gourmet or special diet). You will select a menu.<br>
On the day I will shop fresh every thing necessary for the meal and will bring some pots, pans and my tools to your home. I will need 4-6 hours depending on the menu. You may be at home if you wish or make arrangements for me to cook while you are away. I work more efficiently with fewer distractions.

Yes!, Chef Kelly has refrences from around the world. They will be made available to you upon your request.
